on the back of a finders fee topic, i gave a proporty managment guy a quote on some work and looks like he will have me in to do a few bit as he gets his work direct from letting place... i charge 180 a day fro me and the lab to him... anyhow the letting place have given me a call as asked if i want to qoute direct on the job ? and sent me a copy of his quote of and extra £350 (nuffing wrong here) i said i dont want to step on his feet but they said well can you just do us a quote.... so do i or dont i ? they may ring me direct in future?

well see it goes. if he fucks you about or anything then do it. if hes genuine then think is it worth it because youll probably still get the work off the letting place through him but youll also get any other work he gets.

Then ask the lettings people how they'd like it if tenants went trying to cut them out of the loop to save a few quid.
