Does my ceiling need plastering again?

Hi guys, I had my ceiling plastered and then I painted myself using dulux brilliant white MATT paint (2 coats) as you can see I’m not happy with the result. Unsure if it’s due to the plasterer or my poor painting skills. As you can see the ceiling looks horrendous. Bumps and lumps everywhere. Any advice? Thanks

Unfortunately you’ve been caspered. Where did you find this so called “plasterer” and how much did you pay?

If it's real why not say where you found him .and how much it cost .

The plasterings crap and so is your painting but that sort of lighting will show any slight blemish and will be hard to get it perfect .
Turn those off and put the dowlighters on see what it looks like.
