do you guys do revels first or last? as sum times the revels follow the wall and are diffrent sizes! but i guess u have to keep checking with a tape that the boards are all the same thickness aswell as level.

we do the reveals first alloing overhang to meet the boards up. that way you can get the reveals square and the window margins the same. if the reveals are about the same you can cut all the reveal strips using a strip cutter , then you know there all the same

Or a blade runner , i just happen to have one cheap if you would like to buy it ;D

oasis i dab reveals first 25mm over the block if its a little wall and come of them ,if its a large wall measure youre margins on the window 25mm off the tightest reveal/head and mark em with a pencil now overcut youre head by 50mm and stick this first then carry on dabbing youre wall and when you get close to the reveals hold a suare of the mark of the reveal and this is where youre board will finish ....dab the reveals after
daz to get them perfect dab the reveals square then give the edge nearest you a little tap away from the window this allows for youre skim bead

I put the head up first, square it up then cut and fit the reveals these then hold the head up. and its tidier in my useless opinion
