P.S im in kent and need some were can i pick some up round maidstone the neighbours keep hearing us bonk starting to p*ss me off
 
your only sticking it to the weakest background....

From what I would would do is batton and put more insultaion between the battons

Builders merchants dont know a great deal cos if they did they would be doing it them selves

Yes you can mate , then stick a couple of fischer fixings through the board into the substrate to give a mechanical fix in case of fire
 
You can only stick phenolic boards with adhesive i always thought, BG do a board now thats laminated with celotex and its only for mechanical fixing

they have had them in ireland for a while now... they call them slabs though they get mush room fixed to teh walls

And no matter how much you sweep up them f*cking balls of styrene still get in the skimming.
