Dri Coat

on my speci the other day i got told to use dri coat on a damp proofing job, it confused me at first because we normally everytime use sand an cement after using dryzone. has anyone ever used dri coat and will it work, im a bit unsure about using it incase it goes wrong,

It's ok , not as good as limelight or renovating plaster hence half the cost,it will suffice where there is no damp .

Used loads of the stuff.. as above not as expensive as renderlite etc..

Does the job tho and its nice gear to put on..

Im not a fan of dri-coat. would rather pay the extra for a better product like renovating/limelite etc

we only use what the speci says, but il say about that limelite plaster. id never even heard of dri coat before an was a bit unsure of using it. was quite hard to get hold of though

You have to leave for 24hrs before skimming any of them, slow to pull in also,

I used to love using dri coat. The firm I used to work for years back it's all we used for DPC work.

Although i I think the sand and cement does a better job.
