I was wondering if anyone might have come across anything like the below before?
This is appearing on both sides of an internal wall, on one side is our living room and on one side is our bathroom, this is a house we've just moved into, we reckon it might be water coming through the grout in the shower unit some of which is coming away from the tiles however these patches are dry to the touch so not 100% sure on the root cause.
It's my first house and I have absolutely no experience with something like this so hoping somebody might be able to help or give any advice.
