Drying time question

Hi all, greatful for a quick bit of Bank Holiday advice of you'd be so kind...
We had our ceilings overboarded and plastered (original lath and plaster cracking and giving away slightly) and one wall over skimmed. Our plasterer suggested it would take about 24 hours to dry before we can paint but 5 days later we still have slightly darker spots, particularly where he's blended in the curve of the ceiling, and it doesn't seem to have changed much the 2 days. So from the photos, do you think it is safe to mist coat and paint, or does it need to dry until the whole thing is a completely consistent light pink?
First photo is front room which has slight darker lines. 2nd photo is rear room which has a more definite darker line on the blend on the curve in the ceiling and 3rd is the over skimmed wall which looks pretty uniform but is slightly darker on the right.

Absolutely fine to paint. Get the roller and brushes out! (y)
