Hi, I've got a big job coming up and the spec says it's got to be dura finish, I've never used it before and was wondering what it's like to work with? And how much it is a bag as I can't seem to find a price online

Thanks

Should get it for£ 10.00 a bag,bit less on bulk orders.covers same as multi 10m2 to bag.just use it like inaudible..

Knock it up a as normal let it sit for 5 mins then give it another stir.
Scratch on flatten, lay in then flatten it fairly quickly cause once it starts going off if it's not flat it's a mission to knock it down.

Just finished using this stuff.
Quite liked it and pretty much same as multi - mixed it up abit water to start with and like said already just make sure you get it flat pretty much straight away!

I used it when it first came out basically because it can go over artex and painted walls without pva too, i didnt get on with it and found it gooey but didnt realise at the time you have to mix it wetter than multi and leave it as the other lads have said. The artex ceiling i overskimmed is still sound!

Find the difference between the multi and dura in price and if is a double, then charge double. Don't forget travel £ and few bags xtra, if something goes wrong.

For materials Durafinish is about a pound a metre add bead and scrim less then 2quid a metre in total.
At a tenner a metre that leaves 8 a metre for labour.
