Might have a job coming up skimming hardwall with durafinish, I didn't take the phone call my mate did and apparently we've been told you one coat with it and it hangs for ages??

Has anyone used it and is it worth floating one day and skimming the next with it?

No mate it's still a two coat application and on Hardwall they recommend Gyprime to reduce suction. It is a very fine and "gummy" plaster and you'll need to use it wetter than Multi or Board Finish. It can bubble quite a bit if there's to much suction (Hardwall).

I didn't find so mate but you'll want a better m2 price than to skim Multi IMO.

My experience of this, is that it is like trying to skim with dry wall adhesive,very fine and glue like.We found using Gyprime on the blocks before floating with HW held the suction back nicely when setting the same day.

What concerns you most about the suction is it the bubbling I would thought a bit would help ?
