hi everybody iv b working as a plasterer for the last fifteen years in north wales I don't employ a labour full time only when on big gables I never use a labour with skim work but al the plasterers her use labours al the time I think some of them are lassie iv c some plasters in some parts of country similar to me but not in this area I think it to much hassle to employ some one full time and I can pleas my self with work is there some one similar to me on this site:glare:

Most of my work is 2/1 work ,
labourers are not what they used to be,better off with someone who wants to learn , labourer mixes three buckets of skim for us ,then another 1.5 to lay down, he's busy cleaning where he mixed and cleaning two buckets for up to an hour then,and he is not a bad one.
