Eibenstock or equal best buy

any ideas lads on the cheapest source for a hand held eibenstock - 1600w 110v. dont mind if its overseas but still the best deal?

The blokes name on ebay is colm runs a shop in Ireland called ramboo tools make him a offer on the above drill of £260 / 270 and he will take it , i got one last year , his a top bloke and its a good deal .

When i put my offer in , he phoned me back within 15 mins , got the drill within 2 days .

Ive got a refina 1700w in the shed needs a service though new lead bushes etc you can have it for the right price

hard to beat a bosch grw11

over 400 quid for the bosch?! gimme a refina/eibenstock any day. the bloke i work for has had his for over 10 years and its still going strong.

bought mine from an olde worlde bosch dealer. He told me he sold his
1st bosch 2 the plasterer who did his shop for him. Still going strong
25+ years later. Switch tends 2 go every couple of years tho :'(

The bosch was the first drill i had ,good mixer it ran for about ten years without a service, tuff choice between the bosch and the eibenstock at the price, but the eibenstock does have 1800watts .

I use a PFT too they are sh1t hot for render loads of torque

I had my Refina serviced this year, first one since I bought it seven years ago, only needed new cable as is it's got shorter over the years, oh and a new paddle, suprising how the paddles wear out!!

Yeah ive notice the paddles wear quick , maybe we do more skimming these days or the metal is poor quality

bloke who sold me my bosch said in 25 yrs hes never had to replace a
motor in one- when u think about the abuse they take thats amazing

the eibenstock is bullet proof thats why i want another. the bosch also alot of people rave about em but is it as comfortable to use. mainly i mix render hardly never plaster
