Plasterers are mostly dumb and that is part of the problem,always amuses me that the"foreigners" are always blamed for low prices,even in the areas where there are none or very few, Ireland dragged them in from all over Europe during the Celtic tiger, when that cat died they then hoped they would all go away, plastering as said above is easy to put on but skill is needed to finish it,plastering with one arm is very possible, some with two arms might as well have fours by two nailed on to their bodies, off to walk the dog now....
