Ex army plasterers

You’re saying that you were in the SAS? I’m very sorry but if that’s the case I’m not sure I believe you and it’s not something to tell tales about .

Oh, or are you saying that’s someone else’s story that you’ve met recently? Honestly it’s really hard to read between the lines sometimes

I worked with a guy that fought in the actual ww2, hard but fair. I don't think the sas was a thing back then.it was well before Ross Kemp.

I know that guy Andy! He invented the iPhone too but Steve jobs hacked his computer and stole his idea.

If he was in sas . Which i find hard to believe . Prob be hard to do anyother job after doing that with out getting bored quickly

My mate was in special forces, he never adjusted to civilian life. He did some freelance work for the military but it was not a good deal. He was sent into a war zone to take photographs..

"PHOTOGRAPHS?!?"
"Yes, photographs!" Replied the colonel.
..of possible pow camps
All he wanted was for his country to love him as much as he loved it.
Ended up catching snakes for a living

Met an old guy a couple of years back in a bar, he was wearing a veterans badge so I asked him what war he had fought in, turned out to be the Korean War ! He was getting well pissed up drinking shots and halfs, then says he has to go before the primary school gets out as he doesn't like the wee ones seeing him pissed !! Lol

Veterans badge doesn't mean the wearer has seen any action.

SAS founded in 1941. LRDG supported them and did recce.

(A look at Wiki turns up that they did some fighting too but they definitely weren't SAS)

Cheers for that. I have always thought the two were linked as in an officer from the desert group founded the SAS. It’s still a bit strange to me using the internet to find stuff out rather than books. Thanks again for that
