Hi can anyone help me?, I have a job to do, it's an old build with wooden angle beads, one of which is damaged, its all around a little cove where the customer is going to put the tv, so it needs to be done right, the surrounding walls are larthen plaster and don't really want ti be disturbed, any suggestions for a quality finish?

can't you infill with a bit of strong bonding(extra pva) and baton with screws after to get an edge, or use an angle bead. only a small area.

you might be able to slip a render stop bead in there by the look of it, save you starting hacking of, might have halve the wall off.

Top tip erm maybe :RpS_unsure: when working on old houses where the old staff beads are to be removed take them off carefully and save them instead of binning them. That way when you come up against something like this you can match up with existing, alternatively go and buy a length of wooden dowel the same dia as the staff beads that are fitted.
