Feb Blue Grit

Hey up guys,
Have any of you lot used blue grit, and what do you reckon to it......? i tried it for the first time last week, I've been trying to get hold of some for a while now coz its a pain in the ass keep drivin to wickes, but i won't be bothering in the future, i found it $hite, didn't rate it at all, was just interested to see what other people thought of it.

ivenot used it but im interested in what you found sh'te about it? I would have thought it'd be at least similar to wba etc... what was the difference?

IMO its got to much grit in it, and the suction control on it is bobbins, some parts of the wall are wet thro while others are pulling in like a shot, just seems very un predictable. I've used buckets of WBA and never had any mither with it.

is it cheaper???
you could always apply blue grit then pva when dry and hit whilst tacky if its cheaper ??

its suppose to be dry mate when you skim it

you need to leave it 24 hours to dry,
but its just same as bond it, but half the price
