hi lads just been to see a job small box bedroom. window wall and exterior wall is full ov fungus on top of the wallpaper. is this caused by condensation, any solutions? ta lads

Yep fit a vent

both walls cold, so moisture in the warm air cools and condenses on em..
specially round the window....
fit a vent like flynny says but theres things called 'passivents' dont get a draught, drill a 4" core out near the ceiling and fit through, theyve got like a bung in that lets moisture out but no draught etc..
or insulate the walls as well dab some insulated board up, stop em being cold surfaces and the moisture wont condense on em..

Or you could talk the customer a meter high hack off and chemical damp course injection charge around $4000 with a full 25 years grantee and leave the re plastering to some one else, cause theres no money in that bit
