I'm working tomorrow I'll get them all out for a photoshootShould probably have a selfie with you and the seven trowels?
I got that bucket trowel about 6 weeks ago because I liked the look of them but I do find the handle to be really small when working with it mate. Also digs into your buckets when scraping it around the edge.i just took back a breaker to a hire shop and there they were staring at me , tbh I think I have a disorder, went over felt the handle , soft firm and new , looked under neath , Carbon, thought sod it ,your coming with me

Turning into a bit of a fetish this trowel malarkey.(only joking!).I'm working tomorrow I'll get them all out for a photoshoot
It's easy F*****g done all the same lol.I need to buy some new goodies, I'm always looking at trowels I want or other new gadgets, I'm definitely a trowel enthusiast. Been using my new Carbon nela since I started back at work, looking promising so far I was pissing about with my refina s*p*r*lex today that I've had for two years but rarely use and it left a nice job, so now I want a mediflex aswell..... it's not normal to spend an entire evening looking at plastering tools
You never used it ?I have one of those hanging in the shed........."the time will come my beauty......patience".....
Nope, saw it and bought it ......but I will keep it as an emergency trowel....I really, really like my mediflex. It's beginning to be an extension of my arm.....lovely to use.You never used it ?
Yep totally... still not sure about the handles myself but the trowels themselves seem to perform well enoughI do like ox trowels, I think they've upped their game past couple of years
The urge pmslThe urge became too great and I made a purchase last night.... a couple of refina sponge floats to try out on skimming, I'm not a sponger normally but I've been curious for a while and they weren't expensive so I thought I'd try it. I want a mediflex but I've got a refina s*p*r*lex and I also want speedskim but got a decent refina spat so I can't justify making either purchase really so I got the sponges

It was an urge a craving perhaps an uncontrollable desire, and I kept it under control for so long but then I needed something even more so last night I finally cracked. The urge pmsl
Laid on with it today sanded corners slightly tbh but for first time use straight out of box was ok , felt light in the hand but heavy when laying gear on , I know that sounds stupid but it's true , solid but not to solid like the nela one.I spoke to a plasterer last week and he was going on about trowels.i said you tried ox.
Yes he said but trowel was utter bollox.
Keep us updated on your take.
Your correct about the nela premium,,that is solid.Laid on with it today sanded corners slightly tbh but for first time use straight out of box was ok , felt light in the hand but heavy when laying gear on , I know that sounds stupid but it's true , solid but not to solid like the nela one.
So far so good
I have the stainless of bucket trowel.... apart from corners a bit sharp it's holding up better then any previous ones...... though mine just get abused. Also got a stainless 14inch but can't bring myself to use it, handle feels nice but it's quite flexible
