Filling Cable/Pipe Chases.....and Hello!

Hi There,

New to the forum and hoping you can help!

I’m currently chasing walls to rewire my house, the chases will contain cable or pipe then capping (either

can you please advise on what to use to fill chases.

1) Bonding Coat - some say this draws in moisture if used on an external facing wall??

2) Hardwall

3) Plasterboard Adhesive.

which ever you recommend the top coat will likely be easifill.

Check that your house has cavity walls with insulation and isn't single skin and you should be fine to use binding throughout

As above. Bonding, scrape back and then easifil. Easier to finish with and blend in than multifinish.
