I've got a room to skim out with a recess for a wood burner, The walls are all dry lined and the customer has removed the brick surround leaving the board finishing about 600mm from the recess.
The ones i've done before have been s&c so can hack it back and can vitcas around it.
I'm thinking lime render inside and around opening, skim wall up to s&c and feather vitcas into the skim but my experience with vitcas is limited, Can it be feathered out well?
