Well never in all my life would of thought be posting like this was so positive for 2020 at New Years this was gonna be my year , then bang all that time off absolutely killed me going back the aching and pains that we don’t feel as are always working normally came back , I lost all my mojo and just couldn’t be arsed , then so many calls I couldn’t keep up and found myself getting stressed about work all over again, then the materials and deliveries situation on returning,
Feel now I am on top adapted to the new bullshit and am getting threw jobs ,body is feeling like was pre lockdown
So onwards and upwards
Good luck lads

Biggest thing I've learnt through this is don't get stressed about pointless stuff. You look at a job you don't fancy just send an email and say it's not for me, if you overrun on a job just push everything back don't start working stupid hours or weekends to get it finished. Work life balance is essential. I ignore all calls on weekends now and anything after 6, if they get someone else they get someone else

same here nath, except i dont work weekends at all, done so many in the past, gone out of way to get jobs finished/pushed on for other trades etc as we all have done, no better thought of, as regard phone calls never answer phone after 7.30 pm, and make a real effort not to think or talk about work at all to mrs.hector,.......i know a bricklayer who is ex directory,...he goes nuts if a stranger rings him,who gave you this phone number etc,...and he is always always busy
