Floor job required!!

Hi guys I have a Front Lounge 14'3 x 11'5 into recess 4.34m x 3.48m and a Dining Room 8'10 x 10'2 2.69m x 3.10m the bitumen/asphalt floor is lifting and cracking in places can anybody message me a rough estimate to rip floor up sand kingspan and concrete? How much should be expecting to save me being ripped of. I am willing to pay proper money for a proper job
