Frost bitten render!

Did a job late november last year, heard nothing from it since then until recently. Apparently its shelling off, but only the top 2mm or so. I havent looked at it yet, but it sounds like the frost got it.
Does any one know of a product that can fill the patches that have to be scraped off, bearing in mind that its only 2mm or so?

what type of render is it?

Just ordinary sand and cement.

I reckon when you go and see it the lot will need to come off i can see it now dust, dust, dust cant see it failing just 2mill from the top without the rest being bolloxed.

Yeh do you want them ive also got a bag and half of base coat.
