Full concrete kitchen and bathrooms - need guidance!

I’m really eager to achieve this look. I’ve framed my kitchen shelves and counter top with concrete board. Now what?! Where do I start? Can I plaster this on? How many layers? What kind of plaster? Hoping to avoid pouring. Would rather work with my hands one layer at a time. Would love any and all advice to get started!
