Hello guys/girls

what has been your best way or route of getting yourself noticed?

ringing building firms asking for work?

word of mouth?

leaflet drops?

any advice

Difficult starting off, recommendations is a good way to go, if other trades like you they will ask you to,do,bits for them and recommend you to builders and home owners, leaflets can work too, especially in the better areas, you can ring firms but an email explaining what you can do would be helpful too as they can always go back to it when they need someone, dropping business cards around too is good, slowly is the way to do it,
