We're booking in work for next year...had good rates all year.

It's nice when the ball is in our side of the court, can pick and choose.

I'm just hoping it will continue....
 
There's a lot to be said for site work. Between 2 sites there giving me 50+ units a year and work for the next couple of years.

Booked with my own **** til first week of jan. Then got a big office with the builders come feb/march. Super happy to have work in the pipe line for those wank months :RpS_thumbsup:

Domestics are doing ok, people seem to be investing in improving again.

Taking work on for start of December.

I would t say things are booming, but property prices rising slightly I think it gives people confidence to take projects on and encourages people to improve there homes.

The 5% deposit has also seen work coming in from first time buyers, who now have a spare bit of cash.
 
Best year for at least 5...

Kept busy from late Jan hopefully it carries through..

Good to hear everyone else is too..

No more spreads driving taxis or stacking shelves or JK ;)

No good times for me. Am at home all week. Price 2 jobs. Didn't get one. Don't know about the other yet. :RpS_crying:. Thanks god for the ps3.

Cant see it paying for lads to go over. Have to pay 4 a house here and pay 4 digs over there. I can go to USA if I want $1800 a week with free digs. The wife won't let me go. I was in oz this year for 3 months out working in the mines. It was good money out there $55 an hour working 10 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week. We had free digs there to. I was livening on $400 a week. Food. Phone. Net.

It works out about €1300 a week. So after food phone net (gas) lol. U could send home about €800-€900 a week. That's if u don't go drinking :RpS_blushing:. We have 3 kids one is just 2 that's y she is not up 4 it. Plus my mad mate is over there :RpS_sneaky:. Me think that's y.
 
Been a crap year really work wise, been up and down all year with my own stuff, but it's just started to get really busy now which is odd given time of year lol
 
I tend to find this is the busiest time of year, everybody wants stuff done before crimbo. make my money now for when its a bit slow in January
