Hacked off

Hi all,first time posting and i need a bit advice ,ive hacked salt blown plaster off the wall,now what is the best solution to wash excess salts off which backing plaster and best finish.Im going round in circles with drywall renovating or baumit kg30..Help:RpS_crying:

hi mate think everbuild have a product called salt away that you can spray on your walls and theres lots salt inhibitor addatives you can buy to put in your sand and cement mix which is what i would back it of with and i would use a multi finish but thats just me ive never used the everbuild stuff before but i bet someone on here has or has a better idea

you need to spray walls with antisulphate, this will prevent the salts affecting new plasterworks. I would use Dri coat backing plaster there is other backing plasters on the market for this kind of work.
