Hacking off and re rendering or Insulation

Out of interest what are others doing when asked to re render a solid wall property if you don't do EWI. I don't do EWI only Internal Insulation. I don't want to bother learning EWI because I can't be bothered with the headache of trying to head scratch wasting my time getting over all the details on older properties when adding 100mm to the wall.

But it puts me in a tricky position when pricing re rendering for a customer who I know would be better off with one of these systems...do I charge to re render, inform them about EWI and give them the choice and pass on another companies details if they are interested? Or just not think about it and re render.

Could you not sub it out to someone that maybe knows what they're doing, then just make a bit on them ?
