Hey everyone, hopes all's well.Hope you can advise? Do you first wet the breeze block then Hardwall, then multi OR do you PVA then Hardwall then multi? I know theres lots of ways to "skin a cat" but can anyone shed alittle light, as i have heard lots of different things

Cheers

why do feel the need to wet or pva the breeze blocks? usually just apply hardwall straight on to the blocks and skim same day.there shouldn't be any problems with the hardwall pulling in to quick, not on breeze blocks anyways.
is the block work old, dusty? only time i use pva ,is on Durox block and use a weak mix to hold back the suction on them and thats just in summertime.

if suctions bad on the hardwall 2 coat the wall an skim the same day or youll have problems if you try and skim the next day.

monjetman.. can you skim that tough coat the next day i heard it doesnt pull in like hardwall does.
