has anyone sprayd thirtle spray finish.

am spraying whit a mpe250 machine. the machine just pumps it cant mix. have 2 mix whit a drill. the mpe can spray on skim 95% of the time. but if u get a old bag it will clog up. i have to spray 70 r so bags. i have sprayd on mp finish i tot it was 100 times beter 2 spray then skim.
 
Are you covering a lot more and is it manageable mixing then pouring it in etc how do you work I mate are you a one one gang how many metres do you get on etc any info would be great
 
yes. we are a 2 man gang 2 plasteres . we can skim about 50 to 60 slabs aday . we fill up the machine whit mp finish 2 bags r so . then we mix up a big bin 5 bags. r on a monday 3 bags .it takes 15 min to set up machine and mix , your next hit 10min to mix. 5 min to wash machine. a 5.5 gen can ren the machine.
 
this stuff has to be flatten with 10 mins of the inital mix mate. Its put on wet then stiffens quite a bit in the first 10 mins then just sits there for 45 mins. I would not advise mixing that much in one go. But i maybe wrong give it a go everyone is still learning with this stuff.

We get or ritmo tomorrow so have been hand appling this week so will know more soon
 
it works whit the machine 7 bags will go on in less then 10 min. as i spray my mate flattens it. we mix it good an wet. u cant do it like that by hand. the ritmo is a good machine best of luck whit it:RpS_thumbup:
