Hello all, work up here is tight(depending on what you'll work for) im now on same money i was on in 1988 ,started my trade in 83 and got the aches and pains of a 30 yr pro plasterer

im working on new builds at mo (subby) believe it or not putting work rite ! use to have me own business but i cant quote against 4 day courses and foreigners. so trying subbying on new build , shite prices but better than patching live ins.and yourself nps?
 
yup one of the programs was filmed just down road from were i live , a lot of money wasted imho and its ruined already ,but looked ok on tv lol
 
not on the trowel at the mo mate, just had an op for tennis elbow 3 weeks ago

danny, ye mate I saw the program, load of shite! the sister in law worked with the management team. £5m for a bridge that will only help about 100 people, what a load of shite, there is a bridge thats been there for years and years and years not 500 yards down the road that everyone use to use. Cas isnt the most aesthetically pleasing place and the £5m could have been spent alot better somewhere else

I kind of agree with you there... seemed like a lot wasted.. especially the bridge going with a designer that has never actually built a bridge before....

That american designer women was a bit of a bitch as well...
 
they spent an absolute fortune on a park in frystone :RpS_lol: i think its episode 2, casplas have you seen what the park is like now? Ill bet its fooked :RpS_thumbdn:
 
nps was working over road from park, yup its f##ked!! well used by kids not going to school! lol ,as for your op hope it go's aswell as mine did, about ten yr ago i had shoulder done aswell as my elbow ,2 month off but best thing ive ever had done,just wish keyhole could have been used but my shoulder damage was too bad for keyhole, and a ten inch scar in place now,still worth it now think my 6ft stretch on ceilings didnt help,but its how i was taught,

thought it might be!

ye i hope it gets better soon, the scare is only about 50mm long
