Hi Everyone.
I’ve been reading lots on here about rendering - all very good and informative.
I’ve just had my own house rendered with Parex BL10.
It looks to me like Everbuild 402 is a good option for sealing. I notice it’s made by Sika who own Parex. I assume it’s not dissimilar to Paraguard, and it’s a lot better priced.
I’ve looked up Everseal and on the product information it says it might darken a surface after the first application. I’m not sure if that’s
likely or just a possible risk which is raised out of an abundance of caution.
Is anyone with experience applying it to Parex BL10 able to say whether the render colour/brightness is affected by the water seal?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
