hello everyone 12mm magply fire rated board

im researching non combustible sheet materials for a project im costing for a school and have been looking at the 12 mm magfly fire rated board which looks suitable for the job but as i haven't used it before wondering about the strength of the board. does anyone no how strong it is in say comparison to plywood or its brittleness?

Its fairly strong,ull need magply primer to put on before you skim,the finish of magply boards is shite so will need skimming.ive seen people not skim them but finish is s**t.magply primer is expensive but it does the job so don't forget to factor that in cocker
