Howdy. I served my time in Argyll, Scotland from 77-80. I did a City and Guilds at the Glasgow College of Building and Printing and used to run cornice, use board finish for everything aside from Carlite Browning and Bonding.. Happy days of no H & S.. Using ladder brackets and bendy planks... Luckily I didnt get a life changing injury....... Now getting into property renvation so reigniting my skills although I have always kept my hand in.. Interestingly I became an archaeologist later in life and ended up doing experimental reconstruction firing lime and re-creating Chalcolithic Lime floors and walls in Reconstructed Prehistoric buildings at Lemba in Cyprus..
