Hi all

Another Scottish plasterer, been plastering for 8 years now. Found this website when i was googleing mixer drills, lot of good information on it.

Cheers folks, i'll be up for a laugh on here! Some cracking information on here, just bought myself a negative refina paddle yesterday after reading the paddle thread and it's the b*ll***s. Working all weekend so no even a beer tonight.

Paid £32 for the 140mm from tower tools just up the road from me. Phoned the guy and he told me it was a 160 so sent the boy for it and wasn't till i got to the job i noticed it was wrong size. Just using it anyway.

Good to have you here stuart. Have you tried the new uni plaster yet ? a lad on here from glasgow tried it but forgot to add warm water to mix it with.

Silly bugger, i heard if you don't add the warm water it acts just like multi!!
 
You can water it down with water just ask knickersarse.............or even that new powdered water that DMac was on about the other day...................pot noodle patching plaster pots.............you heard it here 1st marra.................:RpS_thumbup:

Good point but don't forget some water can be wetter depending on the weather & were you are in the world.
So you'll need less wet water for mixing in wetter water areas, but a bit more not so wet water for mixing in not so wet water areas, but the wet water weather meter can also make a difference to the wet water & the not so wet water.
