I'm looking for advice on an odd damp proofing problem I'm faced with. My builder has retrofitted a physical DPC but has used 100mm DPC on 110 mm bricks. Will the exposed 5 mm on either side of the brick allow damp to rise still? If so, should I inject dryzone into the course above or below the DPC? Many thanks to anyone willing to advise me.
