Hi All - i,m on this kitchen job and the walls need a re-skim for a paint finish - now they are pretty rough and if i were to just skim them then i reckon it would be two damn thick coats to sort them out - would a coat of bonding do to even them out, as well as stick on the beads round the doors as well as the window and then a skim, or does anyone have any better ideas?

thanks in advance all

fill it out with a tight coat ov bonding i rub it up with a orange sponge it blends the edges in & flat & leaves a grainy key 4 the skim coat 2 key 2 put your beads on after you have bonded out & before any body moanes about spongein bondin unless you have done it DONT MOAN it works 4 me :RpS_thumbup:

Cheers A D - just what i thought - might give that sponging a try too - cant see it doing any harm.

thanks again matey
