help finding work down south

currently a plasterer from newcastle but want to work away for better rates or prices, lots of hours. Im willing to work anywhere in the uk but dont know any am agencies companys to contact just looking to subby elsewhere as im sick of earning fukin pennies up here any help appreciated. cheers
 
Its pennies everywhere mate unless your lucky enough to be in with firms local to you who know your work and trust you and are willing to pay that bit more because you have worked for them for a long time but even some of them will dump you for the cheaper, the days of travelling to London or elswhere for more money are gone i think the rates in London are not great anymore and if locating digs have to be taken in so normaly not worth it but good luck anyway mate you never know your luck.
 
yeh im beginning to think that now to be honest cant find anything decent anywhere, some companies have got the cheek to pay 1.65m up here with nothing extra for beads or ceilings. trades died a death am fukin sick of it. cheers anyway mate
 
Some bloke on a site in London was from manchester with his lad. They both slept in their van getting 2.50 a m2. Thats when i knew s**t was bad all over the uk
 
forget it, you just won,t get the areas that would make £2.50 less retention less discount less tax pay even if you sleep in the van with your stilts on:RpS_lol:
