Help! how to fix the monocouche on bad plastered façade??

The subcontractor did the monocouche on a very bad plastered façade, specifically where the electrical tubes are placed in the walls, as you can see in the photos. Also the render of the monocouche is really bad. any idea how this can be fixed with the minimum cost.

Is it possible to cut the plaster around the electrical tubes and redo this area only? will the monocouche blend with the area around it? or would it appear as a nonhomogenous patched area?
Also about the bad monocouche render, is it possible to fix it with another new layer of mono over the old one?

please I can really use your suggestions.

If it helps I messed up a few mate the only option for going again was rendaid first stipple rolled and re bead, when it’s dry apply the monocouche or chop it off back to brick or blocks
Good look

You mean for the whole surface or just the bad surface?
