Hello folks, I've been sent some photos to price a job but need some advice. The photos look like it's limestone (it's an old hall) and I was wondering what's the best approach to repair, what's the best materials to work with. Any help would be appreciated!! I can't upload photos as yet as on me phone.

The way first coat has been scratched in the diamond pattern would dictate to me that it's lime render, either that or it's been patched in s&c over the original lime base coat
