Hi guys , I've just booted the previous '" plasterer" of the job after hiring him to sand cement render ,garden raised flower bed walls and 2 side walls? Job seemed ok ,until I ran my hand along it and felt all the bumps and hollows , (good job I haven't painted it yet )after reading a few threads it seems it might have to have it removed and re- done . I'm in Birmingham b8 . If anyone can please get in touch to price up the job ,as I've been left frustrated and am quite desperate to just have the job finished. I've posted a couple of pics of the job " Mr plaster" done .and also pic showing the flower bed walls from second floor so you get an idea of the job

Ah, proper spreads work. Only proper spreads can render. I’m just yet to see one who can actually get it fooking flat.

Taking a picture at night with a police helicopter light shining down it isn’t fair tho. Looks shite but let’s at least see it in daylight

If I've said it once I've said it a hundred times if it looks bang on in normal daylight conditions for anything but that acute half hour a day when it gets an extreme angle its right.

You won't get a single rendersr to look at that with that photo showing the exterior light shining straight down it.

Smash the bulbs!!!

Thanks for your replies, @ zombie ,are you saying that is quite normal ? I'll take a few pictures face on during the day ,it looks fine ( although I haven't painted the walls yet)..I shone a light from the side at night after running my hand across the surface and feeling the bumps

Here Are a few pictures this morning , to the naked eye (not having painted it ,it don't look so bad)

Someone will find it for you. Apparently, the standard is if it looks good from a couple of metres away, flat on in the light it was done (if you're planning on shining lights down it, then you should say) then it's good and you should pay the plasterer.
