I'm not to bad all jokes aside.
I've been floor screeding today and will be tomorrow as well. If I was on straight forward internal work I'm sure I'd still get a reasonable metreage done. On top of that I still pull and tug on felled trees etc. at the lake.

I've banned takeaways in my house for the kids.

I have been eating much better lately, hence the weight loss.
I did however have fish and chips tonight as I couldn't face cooking after laying 62sqm of screed. My arms are hanging, most I've done for some while.
