Do you have a website?. how are you planning to source work if you start offering venetian as a service do you have a client base who may be interested in paying for this kind of thing, and how far are you prepared to travel? , because I know there's established lads from the north of England spending a lot of time down south, which might answer your question. @RobJack could be of some help I think.
Good luck anyhoo and welcome aboard bud.

i did thier course years ago and then experimented with everones elses gear its trail and error
but its nice to have under your belt

Yeah I know what your saying smoother. That's what keeps me thinking about it but it's a gamble as I like my holidays
Thing is you need to market it really well a lot of people dont know what the hell it is obviously website or maybe try getting a advertising space in town centre to promote it to public whatever way i think it would take a while and cash that could pay for a holiday! But sometimes you've gotta think of what if it really takes off should i have gone for it!! Tricky good luck :RpS_thumbsup:

Welcome to the forum bud, I was at Gold trowel last September as I was there to see about getting some qualifications and I to was interested in this course I spoke with Andy and he showed me around and I spoke to some of the students who where on their last day and they said it was the dogs bolloxs and would recommend it. I was there 3 hours watching and talking with these 2guys I was very impressed .I will do this this work is very popular in Ukraine .

Hi mate. If price is an issue maybe 5 days would be more suiting. If you can spread already it helps. The extra 5 days will make a difference though. You will have more confidence with the trowel and the products. Give me a call if you want to talk through anything mate

I think there could be a strong market for it in the harrogate North Yorkshire area. I will take you up on that chat one night it would be nice to know the pros and cons. Thanks again

Hey ph106, I was born very close to Harrogate, a little village called cawood, haha small world although I moved down here the year I was born when my dad joined the airborne regiment in 1958.
