True but putting different spreads on different rates will only cause trouble . Just say a rate and if they are not up to standard get rid . IMO.

Not at all , we have strong teams and each individual is paid at their ability and responsibilities and time with company we also do incentive bonus payments
All companies pay different rates for all staff if employed or self employed
We pay respectfully and all our work force are happy and aware of their rates and agree with it
