housing association property

The bottom 2 pic's lead to my upstairs neighbour who caused the problem in the 1st place. She left her tap running in her sink full of dishes (she was drunk at the time) which has caused so many problems, I've had a new ceiling put in the kitchen but then in my Larder that bit of wood just crumbled smashing plates and glasses. I'd like the Larder knocking out the walls aren't solid they sound hollow when i tap them. The housing told me that a leak from upstairs wouldnt do this damage, I also have rotten skirting boards and doorframes, I'd rather get someone to do the work for me than the cowboys from the housing
