how much for boarding and skimming per m2

ive got two football changing rooms and showers to board and skim just ceiling,i was goin in at 120 a day per lad i think i could board one in a day and skimmer the next day same with the other one so four days for two lads = 960,but was just wondering if it would be best pricing by the m2 but not sure how big the area is i was just goin to say i will do it a xxx amount per m2,
 
for a start its a football changng/shower room use MR boards.

work it out how many m2s a day you can board skim etc.depends on your experience etc etc

look through previous posts there are tons of posts of this nature asking for meterage prices. :RpS_bored:
 
must be pretty big if it takes 2 men a day to board it. we did a job last week, 40 odd m2 board skim and cove and we were done for 3.
 
Started about half 7 mate. The house was haunted so didn't wanna hang around. Pensioner died in it a few weeks ago. 2 taps turned on full blast on their own at different times lol
 
That was 2 ceilings, 1 about 30m2 and one about 10m2. Board it, tape up, whack it on, scribe the coving in between trowels then all you have to do is cut them to length and stick em up
 
If the old ceilings are down and ready to go, and there is a fair area to do, £12 per m2 supply & fix.
 
So you think it had a ghost or something beddy LOL I ve had a few like that when you know something is in the room with you yet your on your on own. spooky
