bought 2 of these a few year back for £45 each and now look how much they are...:-0. Has the price of aluminium really gone up more then gold or what..........:RpS_thumbdn:. robbing stnuc
 
I was bollocked for using hop ups on a shop fit by h&s apparently its not cricket. Expensive them ones though Arti.

I was gonna get a couple of new ones cos mine have seen better days..........but fewk paying that price... What are you ment to use then if you cant use hop ups??

Had a few refina ones over the years , pricey but a good hop up , im sure i payed about £75 ex p&p so i doubt i will be buying anymore .

It was bloody ridiculous mate, even the steps my mate was using were not fit for use according to some jobsworth. Little wonder nowt gets done .

That's what we have - starting to creak a bit now. Just kicked one around a couple of bedrooms today, must have been about 3m high (I'm 6'2" and was a slight stretch).
 
you can reach a 3m ceilin off of a standard hop up:RpS_scared: do your hands drag on the floor when you walk normally haha

Haha.. Standing on a crate and full stretch I just managed to brush round the light fitting with pva. Hop ups are about 2'? Can reach to scrim top of plasterboards no probs off floor. Handy being tallish but banged my head several times on a cottage we've been doing recently lol
 
saying that i work with a fell whos so tall he has to duck in everyhouse he works in haha its funny seeing him turn up in the morning hes got a vivaro with a roof rack one of those ones with the sides on them aswell, he gets out of his van and is taller than the van with the roof rack just generaly picks stuff off the rack as if its an average height shelf
