I just had the same tonight mate , kitchen diner they part boarded the ceiling and said we just can't do it ourselves .. How much ? I first thought 3 days when but then saw a bit of floating needed doing and behind the door there was a pantry area been knocked through as I was thinking next thing they said was

On top of that it's pissing it down with rain,lol
Just texted them the price a minute ago , decided 4 days, now I move on.
Onwards and upwards for me now ... On my own
