I cant believe the stupidity of some people !!!!!!!!!

I have just been to look at a re skim and whilst I was there the guy (who had just bought the place) asked me to look at a damp problem in the bedroom (ground floor flat). When I went outside the wall was full of cracks and the paint was peeling off .... would you believe me if I told you that some one in the past has skimmed the EXTERIOR of his property with multi finish ????? .... well thats exactly what it was.

Never seen anything like it.

ha well im ganna shoot me self in the foot here but when i first started out(15yr old) i was doing some plastering inside a house well most likly labourin on a plasterer, i went out the back of the house were a old down pipe had been taken off the wall, i used multi to fill the plug holes were it used to be fixed lol funny thing was the guy at the time said wot u doin? but never told me to take it back out ? ha

and i have seen a patch of bonding on a out side wall before!

I saw a patch on a wall like that in Exeter the other day .... was pissing myself

we run a cornice years ago in casting plaster outside a fibrous shop they capped the top in lead its still there now
