Hi all, long time lurker, 1st-time poster!!

I'm looking for a solution for ICF walls in a swimming pool? The pool is being lined but needs a smooth finish for the liner to sit against. It has a 150mm concrete upstand however there are some places where the shuttering has let concrete through causing a lip, the worst one is around 2-3mm. Has anyone got any experience with this sort of thing?
