if im limited and i run out a work some 1 ofers me a job with 800 metres scim only.but thy wont take self employed thy want to employ u .hows it gona work .can u be employed when ur limited.he said thy wer had buy tax man years ago.about ppl working for long time and being self inplyed and it was labour only.what do i need to be employed. own bank not company bank national ins.what about a p45 ?eny 1 now about this stuff?

havn got a clue..... but your acountant will. i think if you work for some 1 on the books and have your own company...... you'll get stung by the tax man. dont quote me on that thought

yeah course u can, if your ltd, you work for ya own company and if u wanna get a 2nd job for a another company as a n employee u can do that, they just pay u and ya tax and that and u would have a contract i guess and be an official employee

yeah course u can, if your ltd, you work for ya own company and if u wanna get a 2nd job for a another company as a n employee u can do that, they just pay u and ya tax and that and  u would have a contract i guess and be an official employee

absolutely true, you can have as many different jobs as you like, just make sure you declare them all to the taxman when its returns time, chances are you'll be due a rebate from p.a.y.e. employment. phone inland revenue help line if unsure about anything

always thought the big benefit of being limited is that if you ever go bust they can't touch your house. hopefully things won't get that bad. also think you better to pay yourself a smaller wage each week (minium you can live off). leave all the rest as profit you pay less tax.. ;D

u cant go bust if u dont oww eny 1 dolers pay for mateirals normaly as i go.but it was a way of geting round all contractor haveing to take u on cards in..u dont have to be a big firm to go limited.i normal trade as a 2x1.just trade simerly to a sub y. and yes i take a £100 wage then i pay my self a dividnd or sumit like that acountant tells me im beter of .think he the 1 beter of from 150 to do my books up two a grand to do my books he just sends a few pay slips each month .company bank helps me see what i spent on work .and whats come in. a buisnes acount keeps ur life sepret to ur work .get all ur phone insuranses .van fuil.computers odd meal.work cloths so on so on all on ur buisnes acount simple for the tax man to see.hotel bills when ur away wi misses for a slice.all tax diduckabill. saying all this last year i spent a bomb lent my company 10 g so i could buy a van jennys mixers so on so on .i i dint get masses back but yung lad just normal a sub took his books into the revenue thy did them for him anouther words and he got about same as me i spent loads on my work he didnt but got around about same back as me?tax is fkd in the country.

maybe we should all become accountants.. seems the government don't like us being successful or bettering yourself. always want a large slice of the cake.. just hate the fact you either have to go big 20 men working for you or stay small 1 and 1.. there's no middle ground..
